RICOCHET spent 2 months in the super new Killossery Equitation Centre being ridden by Ciaran Glynn, a talented young rider. He took part in the opening ceremony at the Centre, thoroughly enjoying the admiration of the guests who were seriously impressed by his fantastic free movement and his lovely temperament. Ciaran and his younger brother Robert then competed him in the Leinster Winter Dressage League very successfully, piling up the points and winning the Novice 33 League.  His final two outings were with Richard Wright and together they won the last two Novice Classes and RICOCHET took the overall Novice Championship having had 3 different riders!  With all this dressage activity jumping was put on hold, also he returned to Suma to start his stud duties.  However this week he had a schooling session with Andrew Lyons and was jumping out of his skin for him.  So a show is planned soon.

RICOCHET'S dam has already bred WHAT A GAME, by WELLINGTON so he is 3 parts brother to a World Cup horse. Her sire LORD is one of the top Holstein influences ever with an amazing 77 registered stallion sons and his daughters proving top mares too including dams of CARDENTO and ATLANTIC.

But best of all, RICOCHET'S grandam was by an Irish bred son of WATER SERPENT the Thoroughbred who shaped the future for Irish Jumping.
