PESSOA 'S dam is Keur ZANCARA , many time In Hand Champion ZANCARA by NIMMERDOR was Z level dressage . ZANCARA'S dam is the famous SHORAYA , ( Keur, Preferent and Prestatie) . In addition to Zancara she produced WILDROOS ( keur and Ibop 95 points , who was Dutch Dams under Saddle Champion , and DEHLIA , National Keur Dams Champion , as well as the internationally jumping, NRPS appr. stallion ALDATO , who was part of the Dutch team winning gold in La Baule. This female lineage also produced the stallions CICERO , CALATO ,NIMROD B., SIR TOM, VDL EDMINTON, LIBIDO AND ISHTAN, many of these are on the circuit showjumping at present.

ZANCARA also dam of KWPN approved GREAT PLEASURE by Grannus 92 and VDL MONTREAL by Indoctro jumping Grand Prix in 2005 with Jur Vrieling

ANIMO was sired by the world renowned showjumper producer number one H ALME Z who not only passes his enormous jumping qualities on to his children but also to his grandchildren Take for example, I Love You ( double World Cup winer) Galoubet , sire of Touchdown , the glorious stallion Jalisco or the European and World Champions Quito de Baussy and Quidam de Revel ., ANIMO 's dam is the keur IRENE by the unsurpassed sire AMOR, now Preferent who produced several first class sport horses and is number fifteen in the dressage index.

 

ANIMO had a very respectable showjumping career and in spite of being deeply engaged by his duties at stud, performed very impressively.i.e: 10th in the Volvo W.C . in 's Hertogenbosch , 4th in the W.C. in Antwerp , best combination (2 clears) in the Nations Cup in Drammen , 3rd in the Helsinki G.P and 3rd in the main competition of CH Oslo. ANIMO jumped well in the Barcelona Olympics, where he was the only KWPN Approved stallion.

 

Nowadays ANIMO is not only famous for his showjumping efforts, but also for those of his offspring. They can go like the clappers and are truly wonderful showjumpers. It will be no surprise that ANIMO held the highest position of his year in the jumping index. His current incredibly high score of 154 points puts him in thirteenth place amongst all the KWPN stallions. So far eleven ANIMO sons have been approved. Incl. DUTCH FALCO & HALLO Foxhunter Finalist WATCH ME (2 ND ) and ANIMINO both top novices in U.K with ANDIAMO Z & ANIMO II now with the powerful Zangersheide Stud & PLACIDO newly approved KWPN.
